YJV cable model name: XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable. Cable insulation-cross-linked polyethylene is the use of chemical and physical methods to convert linear molecular structure of polyethylene into a three-dimensional network structure of cross-linked polyethylene, thus greatly improving the thermal mechanical properties of polyethylene, thus maintaining excellent electrical properties.
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable conductor maximum rated working temperature of 90 ºC, than PVC insulation, polyethylene insulated cable are high, so the cable carrying capacity is further improved.
Conductor short circuit temperature, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ºC, the longest time shall not exceed 5 seconds.
Installation and laying temperature: cable installation and laying temperature is not lower than 0 ºC;(1) laying in air: ambient temperature 40 ºC;(2) laying in soil: ambient temperature 25 ºC.
Power frequency rated UO/U is 0.6/1KV.
The cable conductor allows long-term maximum working temperature of 90 ºC.
The maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ºC during short circuit (the longest duration shall not exceed 5s).
Ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ºC.
The cable bending radius: not less than 15 times the cable diameter.
